Vanilla White Chocolate Fudge

🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream (optional, for extra smoothness)

  • Colorful sprinkles (as needed)

  • White chocolate sauce or whipped cream (for topping)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Melt the Base
    Add white chocolate, butter, and condensed milk to a saucepan.
    Cook on low heat, stirring constantly until everything melts smoothly.

  2. Add Flavor
    Turn off the heat.
    Mix in vanilla essence and fresh cream (if using).
    Stir until creamy and lump-free.

  3. Pour into Containers
    Transfer the mixture into plastic or glass dessert containers.
    Smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.

  4. Decorate
    Drizzle white chocolate sauce or whipped cream on top.
    Sprinkle colorful sprinkles generously.

  5. Chill
    Refrigerate for 2–3 hours or until fully set.
