Ingredients

  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, cold (Philadelphia recommended)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • ¼ cup powdered erythritol (or your preferred sweetener)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
