Ingredients:

500g all-purpose flour (ya bread flour)

50g sugar

1 tsp salt

7g instant yeast (1 packet)

250ml lukewarm milk

50g unsalted butter, softened

1 large egg

Food coloring: pink, blue, green, purple (gel colors recommended)
Instructions:

Yeast mixture prepare karo:

Lukewarm milk mein sugar daal kar mix karo.

Usmein yeast daal kar 5–10 min ke liye frothy hone do.

Dough banayein:
-
Flour aur salt ek bowl mein mix karo.

Milk-yeast mixture aur egg daal kar knead karo.

Butter daal kar 10–12 min achi tarah knead karo jab tak dough smooth aur elastic ho jaye.

Dough ko divide aur color karo:

Dough ko 4 equal portions mein divide karo.
-
Har portion mein alag color daal kar gently knead karo.

Dough ko shape do:

Colored dough balls ko roll karke ek saath layer banayein (jaise images mein).

Dough balls ko ek bread pan mein place karo aur 1 hour ke liye proof hone do (volume double ho jaye).

Bake karo:

Oven ko 180°C (350°F) preheat karo.

Bread ko 25–30 min bake karo jab tak golden brown ho jaye.

Thanda hone ke baad slice karo aur rainbow effect dekho.

Tips:

Dough soft aur slightly sticky rakho, isse bread soft aur fluffy rahega.
-
Food coloring ko gel type use karo, liquid zyada daloge to dough sticky ho sakta hai.
-
Slice karne ke liye sharp serrated knife use karo, taake layers mix na ho.
