Martini Sticks Recipe
If you love the flavor of a good dirty martini, then these crisp little appetizers might be right up your alley. These Martini Sticks are delightfully crunchy with a creamy martini-inspired filling. They’re simple, a little retro, and perfect for your next party! Let’s get into how they’re made…
The filling is rich and tangy thanks to a blend of cream cheese and creamy blue cheese. Chopped Castelvetrano olives add a buttery olive flavor, while a splash of olive brine brings that unmistakable martini vibe. Lemon zest brightens everything up, keeping the mixture from feeling too heavy and adding a fresh note that works beautifully with the celery.
This is an easy no-cook appetizer that comes together quickly. Once the filling is mixed, all you need to do is cut the celery into manageable sticks and spread the mixture into the center. A short chill in the fridge helps the filling firm up and lets the flavors come together even more.
Serve these Martini Sticks well chilled on a simple platter and watch them disappear. They’re great for cocktail parties, holiday gatherings, or anytime you want a snack that feels a little special without much effort. Crisp, creamy, and salty in all the right ways, they’re a fun twist on a familiar favorite.
