Ingredients:
- 2 Weetabix biscuits
- 100ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 150g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)
- 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 75g fresh or frozen blueberries
For topping (optional):
- Extra blueberries
- Granola
- Almond flakes
- Drizzle of nut butter
Instructions:
- Base Layer
- In a breakfast jar or bowl, crush 2 Weetabix biscuits.
- Pour milk over them and let soak until softened.
- Cream Layer
- In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with chia seeds and sweetener (if using).
