Ingredients:

  • 2 Weetabix biscuits
  • 100ml milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 150g Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 75g fresh or frozen blueberries

For topping (optional):

  • Extra blueberries
  • Granola
  • Almond flakes
  • Drizzle of nut butter

Instructions:

  1. Base Layer
    • In a breakfast jar or bowl, crush 2 Weetabix biscuits.
    • Pour milk over them and let soak until softened.
  2. Cream Layer
    • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with chia seeds and sweetener (if using).
    • Spoon this mixture over the soaked Weetabix base.
  3. Add Blueberries
    • Layer fresh or frozen blueberries on top of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Chill Overnight
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve
    • In the morning, top with extra blueberries, granola, or nut butter before enjoying.
